A capital district you can open in a browser, flood, and build on — before anything is built.

Decisions about a capital city get argued from static maps and consultant reports that take months and that the person deciding cannot interrogate themselves. This puts the district on the screen, at true scale, connected to live conditions, with the what-if tools built in.

Every modelled number carries its disclaimer on screen, next to the number. The flood layer says it is a screening model. The cost figure says it is an assumption. We would rather a client trust the second contract than oversell the first.
